All orders are shipped with Australia Post.
Due to the amount of orders constantly being placed please allow up to 3 business days for dispatch if you have paid for your order, 5 business days if you have selected cash on delivery and up to 10 business days for orders placed during busy periods, long weekends, holidays or special events/sales.
A tracking number will be provided so that you may track your order once it has been prepared for dispatch. Please keep in mind that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to be updated in Australia Posts database and then be available for tracking. If you don't receive your order tracking information, it can be e-mailed to you upon request but please check your junk email folder first.
All paid orders are sent by Express Post and once dispatched shipping within Australia takes 1-3 business days. Cash on delivery orders can only be sent by Regular Post and will take several business days (depending whereabouts in Australia you are located) to arrive at your local Post Office for your collection and payment.
Peptides Please will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery due to the fault of Australia Post or any other delivery/courier company used as this is the delivery companies responsibility. We will always endeavour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post (or any other delivery company used) on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation.
You as the receiver can also assist by lodging a 'missing item/s' investigation with Australia Post at this link - https://auspost.com.au/help/.
Regrettably, under Australian Consumer Law, Supreme Peptides is not obliged to provide refunds for parcels lost in transit where no postage insurance has been purchased.
Products temporarily 'out of stock'
While we do our best to ensure that we have sufficient stock we do temporarily run out of stock occassionally. Orders may still be placed for most products even if they are 'temporarily out of stock'. Orders containing items which are temporarily out of stock are not dispatched until all items from the order are ready to go. If your order contains 'in stock' and 'out of stock' items and you want your order partially fulfilled with the 'in stock' items simply contact us to request this.
*Any products that are 'temporarily out of stock' are only subject to an additional 5-10 business day dispatch delay. If a product you are really wanting is 'temporarily out of stock' we recommend you place your order at your earliest convenience as all orders are dispatched in order of when placed.
*If your order has not been dispatched within 21 days we will automatically cancel your order and provide you with a 100% refund.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, REFUNDS & CUSTOMS
We will ship internationally but it is the sole responsibility of the customer to be aware of the laws governing the importation and possession of the products ordered.
Airmail from $15.00 - 3-10 business days delivery. A reliable and affordable parcel service.
Registered Post International from $22.00 - 3-10 business days delivery. An added security service with signature on delivery.
Express Courier International from $45.95 - 2-4 business days delivery. Full tracking & signature on delivery.
Please research all peptides and research chemicals to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs hold ups. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue. If your product is returned to us due to the shipping address not being correct, we will reship your order if you provide us with a new address, but you will be responsible to pay the new shipping charges. If your product is returned due to a customs issues from your country, we will not reship the package to you. If by chance the order is returned to us and you wish to have a refund then we will do so only after we have received the goods back. The refund will be calculated as Total cost - shipping - 15% restocking fee for a total of an 85% refund not including shipping.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be dilligent and keep track of your orders progress through the mail system.
We do not have a reship policy for international orders. Most countries including the USA, Canada, UK and Dubai have no problem with peptides/research materials as long as they are properly declared (which we do). We DO assume that all clients are aware of their own countries laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your countries customs.
Please know your own import regulations before ordering. It is your responsibility. If customs doesn't return the products to us we cant issue the 85% refund to you.
If your order is denied entry into your country then try to get them to send it back to us and we will refund you minus shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
International Note: Due to customs regulations, we cannot partially ship international orders. Due to inventory levels at specific warehouse locations, sometimes an item can display as in-stock, but then display "on backorder" after an order is placed. When this happens and you'd like to swap the backordered item for something else, please contact our Customer Service Department.
RETURNS OR LOST SHIPMENTSWe do not accept returns due to possible product degradation. If shipment has been lost by the carrier (i.e. Australia Post, USPS, UPS,...) and it is not recovered, and the delivery confirmation report shows a non-delivery then we will reship at no cost to the customer. However, if the shipment is claimed to be lost by the carrier (i.e. USPS) and the delivery confirmation shows "delivered" then our guarantee has been fulfilled and WE WILL NOT RESHIP FREE OF CHARGE.
If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible via email email@example.com
Once the order has been dispatched you will be unable to cancel it.
*All paid requested cancellations are charged a 5% processing fee.
**Please allow up to 14 days for any cancellations to be processed.
REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS
Due to the nature of our products we do not issue any refunds.
Chargebacks will not be tolerated due to our above policy for handling all issues. We will treat chargebacks as fraud and will pursue legal action if a chargeback is initiated to the full extent of the law.
